Server logs. When you visit, our hosting provider (Vercel) processes your IP address, timestamp, requested URL, and browser/user-agent to serve the site and keep it secure.
Email and forms. If you write to us, or submit one of our forms (pilot programme, careers; hosted on Google Forms), we process your message and the details you provide to reply.
Third-party resources. This site loads web fonts from Google Fonts; loading them transmits your IP address to Google.
Analytics. We use Vercel Web Analytics and Speed Insights to understand how the site is used. They are cookieless and collect only aggregated statistics; they do not set cookies, build personal profiles, or track you across other sites. This includes recording, in aggregate, which outbound links visitors click.
We use no advertising and no cross-site tracking, and this site sets no tracking cookies.
We share data only with the providers that run the site for us: Vercel (hosting and analytics) and Google (fonts and forms). Some of them process data outside Switzerland, including in the United States; for those transfers we rely on the Swiss-US Data Privacy Framework and, where needed, the Standard Contractual Clauses.
Under the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (revDSG), our duty here is to inform you about this processing. We keep server logs only as long as needed to run and secure the site, and email or form submissions for as long as needed to handle your request.
You may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection, and portability. Contact info@aioniclabs.ai. You can also complain to the Swiss FDPIC (edoeb.admin.ch) or your local EU data-protection authority.
